The Micro-Phone is a mobile designed to be as small as a credit card. Smartphones seem to be getting bigger every month. Consumers are demanding larger screens and more powerful processors, and manufacturers are listening. This design from Yan Yan Li goes in the opposite direction. It's meant to be as small as a credit card and features little in the way of frills.
Li's design weighs less than 40 grams and is about the same size as a credit card. The phone also works as a locator using an accompanying smartphone app. Although anyone can technically use the phone, it seems like it would be best in the hands of small children. Parents can keep tabs on them and the Micro-Phone's simple design means that even the smallest of children can master it.
