Part of UTGP's initiative to support artists worldwide, the Mickey by the World collection showcases true designer talent.
The Mickey by the World collection is a competition collaboration with Disney. According to UNIQLO's site, "Of the 5875 entries from 60 countries, 20 designs have been selected and applied to merchandise. Uniqlo supports creative talent."
The designers were required to express their interpretations of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse through whatever design they would like. From a paint-splattered Mickey Mouse to a "3Disney Mickey," the competition only had one winner. The designs were truly a great representation of talent as well as the iconic duo.
10 of the Mickey by the World collection's designs were created for women as well as 10 for men.
