Food meets romance in this all new meal app called Tender that cleverly parodies the celebrated Millennial dating app. Similar to the romantic matchmaker, Tender matches users with meals and food items based on their interests.
Created by three friends from Boston, Tender has a similar design and functionality like Tinder making it that much more intuitive to use. Like the dating app, users are encourage to swipe right and left to indicate if they like or dislike the meal item showing on the screen. If you swipe right, the meal and its recipe is saved into a cookbook for future reference when you want to revisit the meal and test it out. In addition, users can specify their interest and preferences by selecting different food filters such as dessert, drinks, vegetarian or vegan foods and different types of meat.
