Anne Geddes' new magazine focuses on expecting mothers and titled 'My Pregnancy: A Woman's Story.' Geddes is a photographer who is known for capturing whimsical pictures of infants and pregnant women. Her focus is primarily on celebrating purity of new life and love, which is evident through her works. She also adds elements such as eggs, seeds and flowers; in essence she is capturing the parallels of life and nature.
Each quarterly issue of "My Pregnancy" will showcase nine women who divulge into all the details about their pregnancy, childbirth and post natal period. Of course the magazine will be filled with beautiful portraits as well. The first edition includes the stories of women from different walks of life and ages, including a 26-year-old, a 19-year-old, and even a 40-year-old who is battling cancer.
