Flow Beverage Corp. Partners with Biosteel Sports Inc.

Flow Beverage Corp. and BioSteel Sports Inc. have entered into a three-year manufacturing agreement for the production of BIOSTEEL-branded sport hydration beverages. The agreement, designed to be beneficial to both brands, outlines minimum annual purchase commitments from BioSteel Sports and is estimated to generate over $19 million in revenue for Flow throughout the term. Flow Beverage Corp., in return, will manufacture and package BioSteel Sports beverages in Tetra Prisma® format, with a focus on maintaining supply consistency and supporting increased demand.

The manufacturing agreement with BioSteel Sports Inc. reflects Flow's strategic expansion in co-packing premium beverage brands and its commitment to environmental sustainability. Dan Crosby, Chief Executive Officer of BioSteel Sports, notes that "[the partnership] ensures its retailers will always have a steady supply" and that Biosteel is eager to keep the "momentum going strong in the market.”
