MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) are pushing to install a device in every vehicle that would automatically shut down the car if alcohol is detected, "Mothers against Drunk Driving is targeting an end to drunk driving altogether. The group is pushing the idea of universally installed alcohol-detection devices that shut down vehicles if the driver has been drinking."

Implications - Drunk driving is a problem that has effected millions of people and it is definitely something that has been hard to stop. Installing a breathalyzer could be a bit extreme and a possible annoyance for people who just want to get to work, but the idea could be reworked by businesses somehow to create something that better suits the goal of stopping drunk driving from occurring.
