The Club Care App Makes Making an Insurance Claim Simpler

When it comes to making an insurance claim, it traditionally entails spending ample time on the phone, but the new app from Club Care looks to change this.

Designed for caravan owners, the app enables users to carry proof of insurance, information about their tourer and more from the digital interface. As more aspects of modern life become digitized, the app allows travelers to worry less if something should happen during their trip.

The Club Care app allows policy holders to take photos of damage and upload them to the company, which will date and location stamp them for legal use. Client director of Club Care, Nigel Coppen, explains the new app: "We are very proud to be the first in our market to launch an app. It will not only assist our caravan policyholders at the time of an incident but will hasten the claims process as we will have a record of the damage and a log of exactly when and where the incident occurred."
