The palette consists of three shades of brown pressed into the shape of a chocolate bar. Though the colors are perfectly aligned for a smoky eye from lighter tones to the dark, the palette's real selling point is its cute packaging.
The make-up line is aptly called Sweet Recipe. It includes other items such as cupcake-themed eye shadows, blush and lip balms. The line attempts to stand apart from the rest of the cosmetic products on the market with its yummy-looking packaging.
On its website, Etude House states that this chocolate shadow will enhance your individuality with its special design, as well as making your eyes look "flavorful." The chocolate palette is a good example of how cosmetic companies often compete not only with the quality of their products, but with the uniqueness of their packaging.
