adidas and Naked Introduce a Bulky Sneaker Named the Magmur Runner

adidas works in collaboration with Naked on a pair of sneakers that are exclusively launching in the Copenhagen store location -- the sneakers are entitled the 'Magmur Runners' and it draws inspiration from the 90s era. The previous decade was rooted in relaxed apparel and footwear, and the latest sneakers embody that laid back energy. Naked's creative director, Stine Pedersen states, “this was about elevating the current chunky sneaker aesthetic – an evolution of the dad shoe that’s distinguishable as a Naked creation.”

The highlighting element of the sneakers is found at the midsole, where there is the incorporation of a bulky Adiprene insert, providing comfortable cushioning. The uppers are crafted from leather overlays and paneling mesh underlays. There are two colorway options of either cream and white or cream with blue and green details.
