French DIY superstore 'Castorama' has released a 'Magic Wallpaper' that holds hundreds of stories for children.
With a dedicated app, parents and children are able to scan a character printed on the wallpaper and a dedicated storyline will appear, ready to be read or listened to. Even better, the user is able to combine characters to create a whole new story. With 10 diverse characters, hundreds of stories are available to explore. Each roll of the Magic Wallpaper is sold for $11 and the app is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play, so it's an affordable and interactive way to decorate a room.
Each story lasts around five minutes and the audio on the app can be adjusted to different voices. The app even has a night mode that makes the light from the device the app is operating from fainter.
