Just in time for the season of love, Baskin-Robbins has announced that Love Potion #31 will be its February 2023 Flavor of the Month.

Love Potion #31 is a hit flavor that the brand originally introduced all the way back in 1995. This easy-to-love flavor features raspberry-flavored ice cream studded with raspberry-filled chocolate hearts, raspberry swirls, and chocolate chips. As Jeanne Bolger, Director of Research & Development for Baskin-Robbins, says, "When we originally launched Love Potion #31 in 1995, we had a feeling it would be an obsession-worthy combination of white chocolate and raspberry flavors. Today, it remains one of our most requested seasonal scoops."
