DOUZE Cycles Debuted its 'LT' Range of Utility-Focused E-bikes

'DOUZE Cycles,' the French electric bicycle manufacturer, recently debuted the 'Long Tail' (LT) collection of e-bikes. This series includes four models, each designed for convenience and utility. The name, Long Tail, comes from the elongated rear part of the frame that is designed to carry an expansive amount of cargo, with payloads supported up to 205 kilograms, or roughly 451 pounds.

The four LT models are the 'LT M,' 'LT1,' 'LT2 B,' and 'LT2 S.' The M is the starting model for the series, costing only $2,329 USD. It is important to note that this is the only traditional bike in the collection, as the LT M does not have an electric drivetrain. The highest-spec model is the LT2 S, which retails for $4,453 USD and boasts a Shimano EP8 motor.
