The house has been specializing in leather since 1846 its launch and the new space is located in the luxe department store Hankyu Umeda. The store is able to help with maintaining the level of quality of its goods including re-painting and stitching the accessories.

The brand explains the influence and design of the store, stating that "The launch [of the store] builds on Loewe's ongoing commitment to the longevity of its handcrafted bags. It's about the joy of craft beyond the new; it's a commitment to breathing fresh life into long-cherished possessions."
