The Southern California-based fast casual restaurant chain Farmer Boys is known for offering a fresh take on QSR classics and now it is doing the same with its new Loaded Fried Chicken Sandwiches.
Just as the name suggests, the new Loaded Fried Chicken Sandwiches are piled high with toppings. The dish starts with an all-natural chicken breast, which is double-battered for extra crispiness and seasoned with a unique blend of spices before it's fried to crispy perfection. The chicken is then topped with a fresh combo of avocado, bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato – all served on a locally baked toasted brioche bun. The Classic version of the sandwich also comes with mayonnaise and dill pickles, while the Fiery version is served with house-made Fiery Farmer's Sauce.
