Tidal Rolls out its New Live Feature for HiFi Subscribers

Tidal officially launches its new Live feature, which is a DJ option that allows HiFi and HiFi Plus subscribers to share what they are playing in real-time alongside other paying members. When users begin, they share links with others who are looking to tune in. However, they are unable to mix and scratch and Tidal is using this to promote itself as well as artists.

Musicians have posted Live Sessions including Alesso, Aluna, and Diplo that took place in the UK, US, Germany, Poland, and Brazil. Tidal will also have genre experts that are playing picks throughout the week. The Live sessions are now available on both iOS and Android and can work with over 100 million tracks.
