De Nigris Launched a Limited-Time Piadina with Piadi by La Piadineria

At the Summer Fancy Food Show 2026, De Nigris 1889 unveiled Solare, a limited-time piadina created in collaboration with Piadi by La Piadineria. Every flatbread is freshly rolled, baked and filled to order with traditional, premium Italian ingredients like Prosciutto di Parma, burrata, arugula, cherry tomatoes, fig chutney and rich, sweet De Nigris Fig Glaze.

This seasonal piadina is available throughout the summer at Piadi's flagship restaurant in New York. As part of its A Summer of Italian Taste campaign bringing Italian flavors to NYC, De Nigris 1889's versatile balsamic vinegar will also be drizzled over other favorites like pizza and gelato, showing how effortlessly it adds flavor to contemporary and classic menu items.
