These Limited Sneakers Were Designed by Adidas and Pharrell

Designed by popular rapper and producer Pharrell Williams in a collaboration with Adidas, these NMDs are unlike most on the market.

The artist previously released a pair of shoes with the words 'Human' and 'Race' stamped boldly on them in black -- and a similar concept makes up the design of these shoes in a different language. One of these shoes is stamped with the word 'Friends' and the other with 'Family,' but instead of English the words are spelled out in Japanese characters. The shoes are a vibrant burgundy color while the embroidered Japanese characters are the same color in a different material.

It is clear that the artist is trying to promote the idea of unity through his designs with Adidas and he is doing so in a way that is fashion-forward.
