This specialized model has undergone and passed independent testing for ballistic and explosive resistance, achieving certifications that are uncommon for an electric vehicle platform.
The Lac Hong 900 LX is intended for use by government officials and private clients with significant security requirements. The standard VF 9 model, which serves as the base for this armored variant, is a three-row family SUV available in the U.S. market.
