The KD7 Global Game Celebrates Kevin Durant's Love of Travel

The KD7 Global Game is the latest Nike basketball show from NBA Most Valuable Player Kevin Durant's signature line.

Nike designer Leo Chang used Durant's favorite color red for the shoe, which features a globe graphic on the tongue. This element pays tribute to Durant's love of international travel, which has taken him around the world.

The Nike Swoosh is adorned with confetti to commemorate the two gold metals and tournament MVP honors Durant has won during international competition with Team USA.

The KD7 Global Game is dotted with special cues with deep personal meaning to Durant. The outsole has a silhouette of Durant's home state of Maryland; meanwhile the names of his mother Wanda, grandmother Barbara, father Wayne and brother Tony are featured on the strap of the forefoot.
