Jungle Kitchen Just Launched a New Vegan Food Range

The Singaporean start-up Jungle Kitchen has just launched a new six-product tropical vegan food range that celebrates indigenous ingredients and traditional indigenous cooking techniques.

Based in Singapore, Jungle Kitchen is on a mission to bring Southeast and South Asian ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques to the masses. To help consumers familiarize themselves with these kinds of foods, the brand has just launched its inaugural lineup, which consists of six products. All of the products are vegan-friendly and spotlight signature indigenous ingredients like jackfruit and banana blossoms. Some of the standout new products include COCONUT SAMBOL, which is a Sri Lankan-style coconut relish; POLOS CURRY, which is a creamy spiced jackfruit curry; and BANANA BLOSSOM IN BRINE, which features fresh chunks of banana blossom in a light brine.
