Candid captures have an energy that other fabricated photographs can't even come close to and that is definitely the case with Julian Berman's work. With a focus on urban photography, he has successfully shot some of the most quirky, youthful and carefree images I have ever seen.
Yet, what is especially appealing about Julian Berman's work is that none of these images are too crazy, despite them containing up-and-coming personalities such as Tyler the Creator, who erupted on the hip hop scene with his song 'Yonkers,' and other members of the group Odd Future.
Based in Los Angeles, Julian Berman definitely has a lot to work with. Therefore, I'm not surprised this 19-year-old artist has gone down the candid road with his street photography.
