Shaun Baker, world-class waterfall-kayaking champ and record holder, has invented the jet kayak. And, oh yeah--he plans to take it over Niagara Falls. Fun fact: No one in a kayak or canoe has ever survived the 167-foot ride down. Some little detail about always crashing into the rocks below.
