Integrated Hotel Payment Systems

Cloudbeds Connects Hotel Purchases with Billing and Payments

Cloudbeds has introduced integrated hotel payment systems through a mobile point-of-sale platform that connects purchases from restaurants, bars, spas, and shops with hotel operations. Cloudbeds POS allows staff to process orders and payments while automatically adding eligible purchases to guest accounts, reducing manual billing tasks and the possibility of overlooked charges.

The platform supports mobile ordering, split payments, and direct communication with kitchen and bar printers. Employees can continue recording orders and accepting cash during internet interruptions, with information synchronizing once connectivity returns. Managers can also customize individual outlets and monitor accommodation and retail revenue through consolidated reports.

For hotel operators, the system creates opportunities to capture additional revenue beyond room bookings while reducing administrative workload. Centralized transaction records can improve financial visibility and checkout accuracy. Currently available to selected pilot customers, Cloudbeds POS extends the company's hospitality management capabilities into on-property sales.
