Dave Asprey has designed a new type of bottled water that is specially designed to help the body better absorb water and dramatically increase hydration. Asprey is well known for his bulletproof coffee invention, which largely consists of adding fat to coffee. His latest innovation is 'FATwater,' which contains the same type of coconut oil nanoparticles as his bulletproof coffee drinks.
FATwater is made from a proprietary mix of water and oils extracted from coconuts. Asprey claims that the addition of coconut oil helps the body to better absorb water and to increase hydration. The fat in FATwater is designed to be metabolized quickly, thus providing a form of fuel for the body. The idea behind FATwater is to help our bodies process water more efficiently.
FATwater is currently available in bottles or concentrate packets. Customers can choose the unflavored variety or opt for berry, lemon or orange versions of the product.
