WhatsApp Has In-App Catalogs for Consumers on the Platform

WhatsApp added in-app catalogs that consumers can access on WhatsApp Business. The in-app catalogs will enable WhatsApp Business users to list products, as well as add prices and photos pertaining to items that are being sold on the platform. Additionally, WhatsApp users who are purchasing products do not need to have the Business app to view a catalog.

Catalogs are currently available for both iOS and Android devices. However, catalogs are currently only available in certain counties including India, Brazil, the United States, Mexico, and others. WhatsApp has stated that its new catalogs feature will be globally available shortly.

The new feature offers a more streamlined experience to those who are buying or selling items on the WhatsApp platform.
