Despite being named iDrum, Dream Cheeky's interactive mobile kit produces so much more than drum sounds. iDrum works alongside an app to turn tablet and smarphone users into music makers. To keep things as tangle-free as possible, the app works with Bluetooth technology. When playing, mobile musicians are able to recreate the sounds of instruments like guitars, pianos and drums in different styles like jazz, rock, funk and country.
To improve a user's ability to keep a beat, iDrum plays a pre-programmed music track while its user keeps time with percussion. With confidence, a user can then record a solo session and play it back to themselves.
