'Rainforest of the Sea' is the name of a new line of 24 hydrating lipstick shades from Tarte Cosmetics that boast moisturizing full coverage.
In terms of shades, the collection of color splash hydrating lipsticks include a range of nude, rose, red, berry and wine hues. True to the naturally inspired name of the palette, the products were given playful names like Beach Waves, Skinny Dip and Set Sail.
