Hommage a l’Art is a regal collection of images that promote the latest crop of fabrics from Vlisco, a studio based in Holland, which has heavily influenced the african fashion landscape. Utterly regal, the campaign really does the unique fabrics justice. Although shot in studio, in a very transparent manner it must be noted, that doesn't take away from the elegance of the models presence.
Shot by Dutch photographer Koen Hauser, the Hommage a l’Art photo series was styled by Maarten Spruyt. It is very different from his 'Modische Atlas der Anatomie' series, which gained him a lot of deserved attention in various industries.
Overall, the Hommage a l’Art series is romantic and graceful.
