Ayraah Lodha Launches High5 Snacks with Nutritious Ingredients

High5 is a comfort food label focusing on healthy alternatives started by 12 year old, Ayraah Lodha. She is a student of Ascent International School and after beginning her menstrual cycles, she realized that the Indian market was lacking products that would be nutritional and enhance moods.

She conducted research with a sample set of about 100 women to find that most of them experience mood swings, period cramps, and crave comfort foods. She discovered that food items such as dates and dark chocolate are rich in iron and are natural mood enhancers. From this, she launched High5, which sells delicious deconstructed granola bars that are specifically created to help women during their menstrual cycles.
