'Hear and Now' is a new app that measures your heartbeat in order to help you keep your stress levels to a minimum. While many people regularly check their blood pressure or their vitamin levels, few actually track their level of stress. Now there is a tool designed to help consumers find out when they are stressed and what their main sources of anxiety are.

Hear and Now is a mobile app that uses your smartphone's camera flash to measure your heartbeat. Users simply place their finger over the camera and the app will automatically detect pulses. The app then calibrates the user's heart rate and evaluates their overall level of anxiety. If the user is stressed out, the app will guide the user through a series of deep breathing exercises designed to lower stress levels. Over time, users can track their data to find out what may be causing them anxiety.

The app provides a useful tool for consumers to control stress and track their overall wellbeing.
