The Guzman photography featuring Mad Men-inspired dudes in some dapper get-ups is a nod to historical men's fashion and the '50s. The cigar-toting guys that are featured throughout this series are very Mad Men-esque, and incredibly big business. The suits they rock and the slick dos are from another time when the ad age just hit and money was flying free in the wind.
The 'Mr. Salesman' photo speaks of the money-riddled 50s when America was convinced (post WWII) that it was once again impenetrable and unstoppable. Business was booming and ads were all the rage.
Photographed by Constance Hansen and Russell Peacock of Guzman photography, the husband and wife team have truly captured an era, the American style photography is reminiscent of a much revisited time in American history.
