Writing each message with a dry erase marker, Langford wanted to greet her nervous students before their test with some words that would take away some of their stress. If that wasn't sweet enough, she also provided each student with 'Tim Bits,' atop a paper with the pun "Donut stress" written.
Claiming she found the idea another teacher on Pinterest, Langford's desk messages were then shared on social media. With her students posting photos of the positive messages, they were reposted over"18,000 times," garnering the story attention. Using the hashtag "#GrowthMindset," this New Jersey teacher's admirable teaching style has been shared internationally.
