If you want to change up your dip game, this green hummus is one way to do so. Inspired by Inspired Taste and featured on the vegetarian food blog Cookie and Kate, the Green Goddess Hummus recipe offers a whole new way to enjoy the popular spread.
To recreate the green hummus at home, you will need a food processor, juicer and a bunch of healthy ingredients. This includes tahini, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, tarragon, chives, garlic, salt, chick peas and water. The creamy and herb-seasoned dish can be garnished with more fresh herbs and extra olive oil. Adding arugula to the mix is another way to get in an extra dose of some green (and healthy) goodness.
