Vegetarian Mediterranean Wraps

Tahini's Restaurants Launched Greek Halloumi Wrap and Salad Options

Tahini's Restaurants has expanded its menu with two halloumi-centered dishes that cater to Canada's growing vegetarian dining segment. The Mediterranean fusion chain introduced the Greek Halloumi Wrap and Greek Halloumi Salad, both featuring the brand's signature golden-fried cheese as the protein centerpiece. The launch positions Tahini's to capture the flexitarian market while staying true to its Middle Eastern fusion roots across its Canadian locations.

The Greek Halloumi Wrap combines deep-fried halloumi with hummus, fresh vegetables, and parsley wrapped in saj bread, while the salad version layers the cheese over romaine with Mediterranean staples and three house dressings. “As we grow, we want our menu to continue to reflect the way people actually eat today,” says Omar Hamam, CEO and founder of Tahini’s Restaurants. “Halloumi is a perfect fit for our menu – it’s rich, satisfying and incredibly versatile. These new items are about giving people exciting, meatless options that still deliver the bold flavours that Tahini’s is known for.”
