Calidad, a relatively young beer beer brand co-founded by entrepreneur Josh Zad and five-time Major League Baseball All-Star Adrian Gonzalez, has launched a delicious new line of sparkling seltzers that are inspired by agua frescas, a staple non-alcoholic fruit beverage in Mexico.
Developed as part of a collaboration with a pair of beverage flavor experts from Mexico City, Calidad's ague frescas take the form of spiked sparkling seltzers that are available in a trio of flavors. The hibiscus watermelon option combines the freshness of watermelon with the tartness of hibiscus, while the guava-pineapple agua fresca takes on a decidedly tropical character.
