Girl from the North was shot by fashion photographer Efi Zachou and features model Charlotte Wiggins. The editorial shoot is heavily influenced by native and country life focusing on items such as fur, headpieces and feathers. The simplistic shots show an easier and more accessible beauty, one that is foreign and unlike the city life. The beauty of the clothes and lifestyle is that it is so different from what most people are used to seeing. There is absolutely beauty in what we don't know and what we aren't accustomed to and these photos are so captivating they could inspire anyone to make a lifestyle change.

The shoot was inspired by a Bob Dylan song that was released in the 1960's titled 'Girl from the North Country.' Both the song and the photos are influenced by the local fold scene and go out of their way to stress the beauty of native and indigenous life.
