Joyfully Inspired Multipurpose Stools

Herman Miller Creates the Girard Stool for Girard Stool

Herman Miller creates the Girard Stool which was originally crafted for the Girard Group. The design inspiration stems from his work for Braniff International. It perfectly captures a joyful approach to design and works as much more than a stool. It is a multipurpose design which also works as a quick seat, footrest, or a standalone art statement.

The updated version of the stool now has legs made from recycled aluminum -- this sustainable approach reduces its environmental footprint. Notably, the seat cushion is also crafted with bio-based foam materials to highlight another move towards greener design without having to compromise its comfort and build. It comes ina wide selection of textile options of bright hues and patterns.
