To make your own, you will need holiday-appropriate ingredients such as unsulphured blackstrap molasses, ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and allspice. You will also need a banana, vanilla almond milk (or the non-dairy milk of your choice), vanilla extract, flax seed meal (ground chia seeds will also work) and ice.
