Garmin's Luxury Marq Adventure Smartwatches Receive an Update

Garmin’s ‘Marq’ smartwatches are the perfect examples of versatile and weather-proof timepieces, each with different features depending on the activity or profession it was based on. The ‘Marq Athlete,’ ‘Marq Adventurer,’ ‘Marq Golfer,’ ‘Marq Aviator,’ and ‘Marq Captain’ make up the five models.

The names are self-explanatory; the Aviator is made for pilots, the Captain is made for sailors, and the Golfer is presumably for tennis players. Each has certain qualities that make it ideal for any activity, including a 46mm titanium case, custom-designed straps, ceramic bezels, and special coatings.

Along with the standard health and fitness monitoring features, the watch features a heart rate monitor, music storage, and Garmin Pay mobile payments. The Garmin brand has included multi-band GNSS technology and L1 and L5 GPS to provide very precise placement without significant battery consumption.
