With ladylike, 50s-inspired fashions taking over the runways of New York, Milan, London and Paris Fashion Weeks, the Gareth Pugh Fall 2012 collection thankfully does not go down that route and instead maintains its signature edginess.
The designer experiments with fringe, fur, and of course, a whole lot of black. Sticking to his much loved style, Pugh also throws in some leather and corsets. While head-to-toe fur, or even full fur miniskirts might be ambitious for most fashion lovers, the Gareth Pugh Fall 2012 collection makes it clear that it is reserved for those with an adventurous fashion appetite.
You can almost be guaranteed to see many of these pieces on some of New York City's most famous fashion magazine editors.
