Cleveland-based fashion boutique XHIBITION works in collaboration with adidas on a new colorful iteration of the FWY Secant sneaker. The original design stemmed from the purpose of creating a sneaker that is perfect for the trail and for casually strolling on the streets.
The two update the shoe with a stark color palette and a layering construction. The upper is predominantly black and is made from a blend of mesh and neoprene as the base layer foundation. Overlaying on top of this is a large leather panel with a outer shell that overlaps the suede mudguard. The lacing system is done in steel gray and boasts asymmetrical aesthetics. The left shoe's tongue replaces the adidas graphic with XHIBITION's "X" in a contrasting purple.
