Here's the bottom line: magazines have to become ubiquitous. The magazine is the platform for the brand, and must extend to TV, the Internet, mobile, and grassroots. So what are the trends I'm predicting:
1. Increase in onliine staff at magazines.
2. Digital launches - think cooler web sites, interactive tech.
3. Widening celebrity pool. You can't keep seeing the same four girls on the covers!
4. More interesting features. Mags have to get cooler with consumers going to lipstick.com and myspace.com for cool content.
