Barangaroo’s tropical rooftop bar, Untied opened a self-serve frozé bar in Sydney, Australia last year. The pop-up bar was opened for a limited time and featured an exclusive menu that addressed consumer desires for remixed and seasonal cocktails.
Hosting the first-ever self-service frozé station, the pop-up was named ‘Frozé Your Way’ and allowed patrons to choose from six signature drink flavors. These included options like "peach friezling, kiwi melon blanc, passion pineapple blanc and fraperol on tap in addition to strawberry and watermelon frozé." Once selected, the frozé could be garnished with dried fruit, artisan candies and more, allowing drinkers to fully personalize their beverage.
The limited time pop-up hosted two-hour bottomless sessions priced at $39 per person or individual servings for $12. Additionally, the individual servings were discounted to $7 during its happy hour period.
