Qued Context Brings Facility-Level Appointment Data Into Reviews

'Qued Context' adds a facility-level view for Qued's appointment-scheduling customers, bringing booking data into shipper quarterly business reviews, or QBRs. The feature shows how individual facilities perform, giving brokers, third-party logistics providers, and carriers a way to discuss scheduling performance with location-specific evidence rather than networkwide averages.

Qued Context tracks details such as slot variance and the time needed to secure an appointment, then highlights which windows are hardest to book. It is now available to Qued customers, and Qued is also offering a free freight-network scheduling analysis through the end of 2026 to show teams how to use the data in a QBR.

Facility-level data in shipper QBRs turns appointment scheduling from a back-office task into a planning input that can shape transportation decisions. Availability to existing Qued customers widens the platform's role from finding slots to supporting retention and account reviews.
