The 2020 Ford Explorer Hybrid is a powerful electric SUV. Most notably, the rear-wheel version of the car has a range of over 500 miles until the car needs to be refuelled. The all-wheel-drive version of the car has a slightly reduced range at 450 miles. Both of the Ford Explorer Hybrid models are able to tow up to 5,600 pounds, making it one of the most powerful hybrid SUVs on the market.
The EPA recently made the car's fuel economy stats available, and the rear-wheel-drive version of the car has 4 mpg. The car is powered by a 2.3-liter turbo engine.
The rear-wheel version fo the car is able to provide 27 miles per gallon, while the all-wheel-drive model will be able to provide 23 miles per gallon.
