The Twin C table by Berhin Studios (out of Sweden) is not attractive. Let’s just be honest: it looks like particle board, not even with finished edges like the stuff at IKEA. But that’s okay, because the Swedish designers have a purpose in mind, and it’s important to remember that often function outweighs form.
The Twin C table offers a new take on foldable furniture, The supports can be stored in even the smallest Swedish apartment, and the tabletop is double-sided (so you can have plain wood, or plain black, or plain dark wood…you get the point).
Behrin Studios, with their C Eco Series, will also plant a tree for every single piece of furniture they sell. Now, lack of cuteness aside, what’s not to love about that?
