OnePlus continues to push boundaries during the Mobile World Congress with its newest announcement of an upcoming foldable device. It recently showcased an experimental phone that has cooling capabilities and the new foldable smartphone Is set to launch within the second half of the year. The brand confirmed the rumors at the event recently with a teased Q3 launch that highlights silhouettes of devices that fold within the background of the event that took place earlier this month.
Speaking about the design, President and COO Kinder Liu states "Our first foldable phone will have the signature OnePlus fast and smooth experience. It must be a flagship phone that doesn't settle because of its folding form, in terms of industrial design, mechanical technology, and other aspects. We want to launch a device that aims to be at the pinnacle experience of today’s foldable market."
