The company is a well-known Canadian supplier of "100% traceable grains, beans, and freshly milled flours." The goods are doused in an aura of authenticity as they boast "heritage grains" and advance the craft of baking through a farmer-direct model of operation.
The planed Flourist bakery and cafe will feature a variety of fresh goods such as flour that has been stone-milled on-site, as well as freshly prepared artisan pastries and sourdough bread. Moreover, the Flourist bakery will also grant consumers access to dry foods such as quinoa, lentils, and chickpeas, expanding the agenda of traditional, fresh ingredients.
