Sculptural Bronze Lighting

L’aviva Home's Flor De Bronce Collection Channels the Calla Lily

The Flor de Bronce collection by L’Aviva Home takes inspiration from the flowing curves and layered symbolism of the calla lily in Mexican culture, translating them into cast‑bronze lighting. Designed by Laura Aviva, the line includes both the Lirio Pendant and Capullo Sconce, each sculpted to echo the flower’s graceful form. Using traditional lost‑wax casting in Mexico City, subtle surface textures and patinas allow the metal to hold both weight and lyricism.

Each fixture is finished by hand in one of three patinas—Brasa, which is a warm flame‑treated bronze, Verdigris, an oxidized green, or Sepia, an earthy dark bronze—each offering a distinct presence designed to age beautifully over time. The pieces are restrained yet expressive, balancing solidity with visual lightness. Rooted in tradition yet contemporary in execution, the Flor de Bronce collection bridges cultural storytelling and tactile artistry in unexpected ways.
