The FlavorSum flavors with modulating properties (FMPs) are a new portfolio of solutions from the brand created with the specific challenges of taste in certain foods and beverages. The solutions, called the FlavorSum Modulate, are meant to help with masking bitterness, mitigating the experience of off-notes and enhancing the overall mouthfeel. The range consists of dozens of options that can be applied to a wide range of products including beverages, baked goods, dairy, alt dairy solutions and even cannabis products.
